On the day of the trip, you receive a message with details: the driver’s contact, pickup location, vehicle plate (or vehicle class), and a short “where to go” instruction.

Luggage and trip format
Tell us how many suitcases and passengers you have — we’ll select the best vehicle class.
If you have a lot of luggage or you’re traveling as a family, it’s often better to choose SUV — everything fits comfortably.
